What will a virtual graduation look like?
It is completely customizable, but here is a sample of what your virtual graduation could look like:
We will create a custom website with your school colors, logo, etc.
All attendees will be provided with a link to attend the password-protected virtual graduation event that they can view on a mobile device or computer.
Before the event starts, there will be a countdown timer on screen playing video highlights of your school, band performances, a slideshow of students’ photos, or any other video or slideshow. Your school's colors and logo will be on screen. There will also be a moderated live chat so attendees and students can cheer each other on.
When the show starts, the school principal will appear on screen (with their name and title on the bottom of the screen) to welcome everyone and give a brief speech. The principal can then introduce speakers such as the valedictorian, salutatorian, school board members, and superintendent who will give their speeches.
Then there can be a musical performance from an individual, the school band, or chorus.
The broadcast then cuts back to the principal and the principal announces each graduate’s name as their photo and name appear on screen.
When all the names have been called, the principal can thank everyone for attending and a video will play of school and district staff waving goodbye.
All attendees can be sent a digital recording of the ceremony to keep.
The virtual graduation ceremony is created by Hollywood directors and producers using cutting edge technology to give your participants and guests an entertaining and memorable experience.
